Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
